Perl-Critic has moved to GitHub

Message Thanks to Tim Bunce, Andreas Marienborg, fREW Schmidt and Graham Knop, the
Perl-Critic and Test-Perl-Critic repositories have been moved to GitHub.
The new home is here:

For cloning, use these addresses:

Effective immediately, all commits to either of those projects should go to
the new repository. We'll start moving all the RT tickets shortly.

Eventually, most of the other projects will get moved too. So if you want
to commit something to any of them, please check with me first.
Development has been pretty slow lately, so I don't expect this to be much
of an issue. Projects that were started by Elliot will stay in svn until
he decides otherwise.

I'm really excited about this. I'm not in love with git, but I think
GitHub is fabulous. I believe this move will make the project more
accessible for contributors and help us keep it moving forward. If you're
not familiar with git, Michael Schwern has some really excellent training

Thanks again to Tim, Andreas, fREW, and Graham for making this happen. And
thanks to all of you for being part of the Perl-Critic team. It is always
my pleasure and honor to work with you.

Have a great week!
